Let’s meet them up close.

 

🧠 The Brain

  • This is the CPU chip.

  • It’s small but super powerful.

  • It reads instructions, makes decisions, and gives orders.

It’s glued onto the motherboard in a special spot.

 

💡 The Memory (RAM)

  • RAM is like your short-term memory.

  • It remembers things only while the power is ON.

  • When you open a game or app, it loads into RAM so the brain (CPU) can use it fast.

 

💾 The Storage (Hard Drive or SSD)

  • This is like a bookshelf. It keeps things even when the computer is off.

  • Files, photos, apps — they’re all stored here.

  • SSDs are newer and faster than spinning hard drives.

 

🔌 Power Supply

  • This part sends electricity to every part.

  • Without power, nothing works.

 

💨 Fans and Cooling

  • Chips get hot — really hot!

  • Fans spin to keep everything cool.
